Processing Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. During product launches, promotions or busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
UK Shipping
We ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted delivery partners.
- Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
- Free UK delivery on qualifying orders (where applicable)

International Shipping
We are pleased to ship worldwide where possible.
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed to the courier. Delays caused by weather, customs or courier services are outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the courier to investigate and do everything we reasonably can to resolve the issue.
